1. Can I purchase extra books?
Yes, additional full-color hardcover books are available for 39$ each.
2. How long will it take?
Your book, your pace! Some people finish their book in 2-3 sittings while others prefer to enjoy the process and continually polish their answers for months. However you choose, enjoy revisiting your unique memories!
3. Can I gift LifeScript and how does that work?
Absolutely, gifting LifeScript is an easy, thoughtful and one of the best last-minute presents. You simply provide the email of the fortunate recipient and choose the date when you’d like the gift email to be sent. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email .
4. What is included in each plan?
1-year story prompt program, full-color hardcover printed book and free delivery.
5. Is international shipping available and how much does it cost?
We ship internationally and provide delivery tracking. Oh, and it’s free.
6. Is Lifescript available in other languages?
Yes, it is also available in Spanish, and we are excited to expand to more languages soon. We believe that everyones deserves to have their story told regardless of their language.
7. What is your refund policy?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your Lifescript experience, we offer an easy, no-questions-asked refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as no books have been printed. Your happiness is our highest priority.
8. What are the size and customization options for the book?
The book is US trade size (22.9cm x 15.2cm / 9" x 6") with a durable, premium hardcover and everlasting paper inside. You can personalize the cover, add a title pr dedication, include photos, and choose from various layouts and font styles.
9. Can I add photos?
Yes, we encourage adding as many photos as you like. You don’t have to worry about photo quality as we automatically upscale and fit your photos within printing requirements!
10. How can I ensure my book and information remain private?
Your privacy is our top priority. We use the latest security technologies to protect your personal stories and information.
11. Do you have any tutorials or instructions on how to use the platform and create my book?
Absolutely! We offer comprehensive video tutorials that provide step-by-step instructions on how to use the platform, create, edit, and order your book. Additionally, our friendly support team is available via chat and email to assist with any questions you may have.
12. Is there a word or page limit to my stories?
Your plan includes up to 100 beautifully printed pages—more than enough for most stories. If you have more to share, there’s always the option to add extra pages to your story for a small additional fee.
13. Can I specify when the gift email is sent to my recipient?
You will be able to choose the date that the gift email is sent when you purchase the gift plan. Gift emails are sent in the early morning on the chosen date.
14. Can I add or edit questions?
You can do both whenever you want until you order the physical book.
15. How long does book delivery take?
It usually takes 10-15 business days.
16. Can I customize the frequency of questions I receive?
Yes, you have full control over how often you receive questions.
